Description

Set of different POLICAP® abrasive caps with matching holder.

POLICAP® products have a seamless design and the entire surface area can be used.

Cylindrical shape A (ZYA), cylindrical shape with radius end C (WRC) and tapered conical shape with radius end G (WKG).

Recommendations for use

To easily change the abrasive caps and cones, give them a slight clockwise twist and pull them up and off. When doing so, leave the abrasive holder clamped in the power tool, and fix in place.
For best performance, use at a recommended peripheral speed of 2,000-4,000 SFPM.

Safety notes

The maximum permitted peripheral speed is 5,000 SFPM.
For safety reasons, the maximum permitted rotational speed indicated must never be exceeded.

Grit size color code: 60 and 80 = brown, 150 = black, 280 = red brown
The set consists of 270 POLICAP® abrasive caps and 15 POLICAP® abrasive cap holders.

Workpiece materials: Cast steel; Hardened, heat-treated steels over 370 HV (38 HRC); Stainless steel (INOX); Steel materials with a hardness > 54 HRC; Steels up to 370 HV (< 38 HRC)
