Registration and login
- To register for a PFERD TOOLS SHOP account for the first time, click Login next to the search bar at the top of the web page. On your smartphone, you can click the arrow icon next to the magnifying glass.
- Select Create Account Now to complete the registration form.
- Our customer service team reviews and verifies all information prior to setting up PFERD TOOLS SHOP accounts.
- Accounts typically take 1-2 business days to create, and you will receive email communication every step of the way.
- Online accounts are available for authorized PFERD TOOLS U.S. distributors only.
- To log in, click Login next to the search bar at the top of the web page. On your smartphone, you can click the arrow icon next to the magnifying glass.
- Now enter your email address and password under “Distributor Login.”
- Sign in by clicking “Login” or press “Enter” on your keyboard to enter the PFERD TOOLS SHOP.
- Click “Login”.
- On the login screen, click “Forgot password” to reset your password.
- Enter your email address as requested.
- If you have an account, you will receive an email to set a new password.
- If you don’t receive a reset password email within 5 minutes, please contact customer service.
- There is no limit to the number of users each company can have.
- You can only order via our PFERD TOOLS SHOP when you are logged into your account.
- If you’re not a distributor of ours, you can use our “Distributors-Search” function to find a distributor or retailer to purchase PFERD TOOLS products from
Orders and deliveries
- Go to the product page, enter in the quantity you would like to order, and click “Check availability.”
- You should be able to see the expected ship week for the quantity requested.
- Please note that by default, the product page automatically shows the availability for only one box. The stock check is based on your desired quantity.
- Your shopping cart also shows the expected ship week of each item.
- In the “My Account” area, go to “Online Orders.”
- Click the shopping cart with plus sign icon next to the relevant order.
- This will add all of the items from this order to your shopping cart again.
- If you searched for an item but did not find the specific product you were looking for, please use the Quick Order function with our “Material Number.”
- If the item you are looking for still does not come up, please contact Customer Service.
- You can view your order status in the “My Account” area under “All Orders.”
- Once your order has been shipped, you can track the shipment by clicking the link under “All Orders” in the “My Account” area.
- Expand the order you’re interested in tracking.
- If it has shipped, a separate “Shipments” section will appear in addition to “Documents” and “Order Details.”
- Click the “Shipments” section to expand it, and you will see all tracking links for shipments related to your order.
- If it is a custom-made product you have already worked with your PFERD sales representative to create, enter the material number or EAN of the special product using the Quick Order function.
- If you are interested in a new custom-made product, please contact us.
- Yes, very easily. Please go to “My Account” > “All Orders.”
- You can download all the documents associated with your orders by clicking into the order and then expanding the “Documents” section.
- Please call or email customer service to change or cancel your order.
- In our online spare parts catalog, you can find all the information for every PFERD TOOLS power tool.
- A few clicks is all it takes to select the spare parts or spare parts kits you need, add them to your shopping cart, and order them online directly from PFERD TOOLS.
- Within the checkout process, you have the option to also request quotations a quote for the items in your shopping cart instead of placing an order.
- You can view and accept your quotes in the “My Account” area.
- Delivery dates may change. To find out more, please go to “My Account” and then the “All Orders” tab.
- If the delivery schedule has not been updated there despite the back order, our Customer Service team is available to provide further assistance.
- All of your prices will be visible on the product pages once you log into your PFERD TOOLS SHOP account.
- When you check out, your current customer-specific prices are also always shown in your shopping cart.
- The first day your account is active, you will only see the list prices. All of your customer-specific prices will be available the next day.
- You can still place orders on the first day your account is active.

Payments
- Payments can only be made by invoice.
- You can redeem your discount code in the order overview in the shopping basket under “Voucher Code”.
- Please check whether your discount code is valid and whether all the terms and conditions for obtaining the discount have been satisfied.
- If this is the case and the discount is not being applied to your order, please get in touch with our Customer Service team.
Services and features
- Yes. You can use your customer material number to order products using the Quick Order function or directly in the shopping basket.

Yes, simply use the
“Quick Order” function.
The “Quick Order” function offers you several individual ordering methods:- Order by copying and pasting.
- Order using the item number, EAN or your own customer material number.
- Order via a CSV upload.
- To this end, upload your Excel list under “Quick Order” .
- Please make sure that your list contains both the item numbers and the corresponding quantities .
- A template for this is available to download here .
- Scan the EAN code on your PFERD TOOLS product with your mobile device to quickly and easily obtain further information about the product.
- To ensure we always provide the best possible user experience, we regularly optimize the additional features in the PFERD TOOLS SHOP for the various operating systems.
- If, however, no results are shown after scanning the product, you can also search for the relevant item directly using the EAN number.
- Our product finder guides you to the best tool for you in just a few steps.
- You can use the detailed filter to quickly and easily select our products based on the application, material you will be working on, technical properties and matching drive types.
- Here you can calculate fits and tolerances for shafts and holes based on standard tolerances and limit deviations in accordance with ISO 286.

- Simply click on the item number to obtain not only brief product information but also in-depth multimedia information for every item in our PFERD TOOLS range.
- You can also purchase items directly from PFERD TOOLS or from authorized specialist retailers.
- New users can be created and managed under “Users and roles” in the “My Account” area.
- Administrators can create buyers who are able to place orders without prior approval as long as they stay below a defined purchasing limit. Approval from an administrator is required if they exceed this limit.
- If you want to make all orders subject to approval, do not enter a purchasing limit when creating the buyer.
- Administrators can only be created by PFERD TOOLS. The registration form at https://ca.pferd.com/en/register must be used.
- The ‘Buyer’ role can fill shopping carts and submit them for approval after exceeding the defined purchasing limit.
- If they have exceeded their purchasing limit, buyers cannot place the order until it has been approved.
- An administrator can add additional buyers under “Users and roles” in the “My Account” area.
- To do so, the “Create buyer” form must be completed with the relevant information.
- The buyer will then receive an e-mail to set a password so they can access the shop.
- Buyers have a restricted “My Account” area. As a basic principle they cannot see company orders, users, quotations or the most frequently purchased products.
- If you want to give a buyer additional access rights, these can be selected when the administrator creates the buyer.
- Administrators receive an e-mail when a shopping cart has been submitted for approval.
- Buyers receive an e-mail when a shopping cart has been approved, rejected, or ordered directly.
- The buyer creates a shopping cart, exceeds the purchasing limit and enters a comment if necessary.
- The administrator is notified that a shopping cart has been received for approval.
- The administrator can now approve it, reject it, modify it and enter a comment if necessary.
- The buyer is notified and sees whether the shopping cart was approved or rejected under “Shopping carts” in the “My Account” area.
