Electroplated diamond cut-off wheels are used for cutting hard materials such as tungsten carbide or ceramics and fibre-reinforced plastics (GRP/CRP).

They are characterized by their particularly efficient cutting performance because of their large chip channels.

Special features

The continuous coating is particularly suitable for very fine separating cuts.

Recommendations for use

The fine grit size D 64 is suitable for cutting glass, ceramic and tungsten carbide. For small geometries, it is also suitable for trimming and cutting fibre-reinforced plastics (GRP/CRP) to size.
